Trash and recycling collection services for Friday, January 19, and Saturday, January 20 will be postponed, regular trash collection will resume on Monday, January 22
Towson, MD -- Due to the continued impacts of ongoing inclement weather, the Baltimore County Department of Public Works and Transportation (DPWT) today announced changes to the trash and recycling collection schedule to ensure the safety of both county residents and sanitation workers.
Remaining trash and recycling collection services for today Friday, January 19, and Saturday, January 20 will be postponed.
Regular trash collection will resume on Monday, January 22, and will proceed as scheduled for the remainder of the week.
Residents typically scheduled for Friday trash collection, as well as those whose collection were impacted due to earlier inclement weather, are requested to wait until their next scheduled collection day to set out their cans.
Baltimore County DPWT deeply regrets any inconvenience caused by these necessary changes. The safety of our residents and staff is our highest priority, and we are committed to resuming normal collection services as quickly and safely as possible.
