We are all aware of the illustrious four imahos, matriarchs, the ‘mothers’ of our nation: Sarah, Rivkah, Rochel and Leah. Yet, surprisingly, rare is the mention in the Torah of this appellation of ‘mother’ being used to describe them.
Sarah is referenced only once as such, when Yitzchok brings his new wife, Rivkah, into the ‘tent of Sarah his mother’. The Torah also records how Reuven brought dudaim, flowers, to ‘Leah his mother’.
Rivkah’s role as a ‘mother’, however, is emphasized nine times.

MD COVID Alert went live last week for iPhone and Android. It uses Bluetooth technology to notify someone if they may have been exposed to the virus without compromising anyone's identity or location.

A builder who died after falling from a 10ft ladder was actually killed by Covid-19, scientists have claimed.
The man, who has not been named, suffered lacerations to his forehead and bruises to his face, elbow and left hand after he fell into the yard of an under construction family home.
Medics were called and rushed to the building site, in Croatia, and desperately tried to revive him, but he was declared dead at the scene.

One of President Trump’s campaign lawyers in Pennsylvania was placed under official protection following threats against her, according to court papers filed Wednesday evening.
Philadelphia lawyer Linda Kerns “has been the subject of threats of harm, to the point at which the involvement of police and US Marshals has been necessary to provide for her safety,” the filing says.
The stunning revelation came two days after Kerns, a solo practitioner, sought sanctions against a lawyer from the firm representing Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar for leaving her an “abusive voicemail” on Saturday night.
