Both Hamas and Islamic Jihad terror groups informed an Egyptian security delegation, which was in the Gaza Strip earlier today, that they were not responsible for the rockets fired at Tel Aviv, Al-Jazeera reports.
The Iron Dome took out two rockets tonight which were heading towards Tel Aviv.
The IDF is still considering how to respond to the attack.

2 Shin Bet agents met with Blue and White leader to inform him that personal information from his phone is now in Iranian hands.
Iranian intelligence hacked the mobile phone of Blue and White party leader and candidate for prime minister, former IDf Chief of Staff Benny Gantz, according to a report by political analyst Amit Segal on Channel 12 News.
According to the report, two Shin Bet agents met with Gantz five weeks ago and informed him that his cell phone had been hacked by Iran. The contents of the phone, including his personal information and correspondence, are in Iranian hands.
The agents informed Gantz that he must assume that any sensitive item on the phone could be used against him in the future if he serves as a senior state official.

Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Lion launched the 9th annual Jerusalem Winner Marathon at a press conference at Mamila Rooftop, near the Jaffa Gate and Old City, on Thursday morning, prior to the early Friday morning event.

Two rockets were fired towards central Israel on Thursday evening, with at least two loud explosions heard, the first time sirens were activated in Tel Aviv since the last war with Gaza in 2014.According to reports, the two Fajr-5 rockets were fired by Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) in Gaza, the second strongest group in the coastal enclave after Hamas. One was reported to have been intercepted by the Iron Dome missile defense system while another one is said to have fallen in open territory. There were reports of a number of Israeli who were treated for shock.
Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, will hold emergency security consultations at the Defense Ministry headquarters in Tel Aviv.

2 rockets launched at Gush Dan region. Remains of rocket fall in Tel Aviv.
A series of red alert sirens sounded Thursday evening in the Gush Dan region in central Israel.
In addition, an explosion was reported in the city of Or Yehudah near Tel Aviv.
The IDF confirmed that two rockets were fired at Gush Dan. One rocket was intercepted by the Iron Dome system. The remains of a rocket fell in northern Tel Aviv.
No casualties were reported.

Washington - The House has unanimously approved a resolution calling for any final report in special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation to be made public. It’s a symbolic action designed to pressure Attorney General William Barr to release as much information as possible when the probe is concluded.
The Democratic-backed resolution passed 420-0 on Thursday. Lawmakers in both parties have maintained there will have to be some sort of public resolution when the report is done — and privately hope that a report shows conclusions that are favorable to their own side.

Washington - Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin (mih-NOO’-shin) is suggesting he will protect President Donald Trump’s privacy if he receives a request from House Democrats for Trump’s tax returns.
At a House Ways and Means Committee hearing Thursday, Mnuchin was asked whether he would meet a request for Trump’s tax returns. Chairman Rep. Richard Neal, D-Mass., is expected to formally ask for those as Democrats seek to shed light on Trump’s financial dealings and potential conflicts of interest.
Mnuchin said, “We will examine the request and we will follow the law ... and we will protect the president as we would any taxpayer” regarding their right to privacy.

Jerusalem - Exxon Mobil Corp is considering exploring for oil and gas in Israel, said a person with direct knowledge of the matter, in what would make Exxon the first oil major to operate in the country still technically at war with Gulf Arab states.

California - Los Angeles prosecutors say they won’t charge a synagogue security guard accused of shooting a person who was recording video of the building.
The Los Angeles Times reports the announcement Thursday came as the woman who was shot filed a civil lawsuit against the guard and his employer.
Edduin Zelayagrunfeld was arrested last month after the shooting outside the Etz Jacob Congregation/Ohel Chana High School.
Prosecutors said they wouldn’t be able to prove he wasn’t acting in self-defense.

Warsaw - An opposition lawmaker in Poland is demanding explanations from the parliament speaker about why a right-wing weekly with an anti-Semitic headline was available at the parliament’s hotel.
Michal Kaminski said Wednesday he spotted the “Tylko Polska” paper with a front-page headline reading “How to Recognize a Jew” in the kiosk at the hotel, where lawmakers from outside Warsaw stay during parliamentary sessions, and where many of them dine.
