Emergency services were alerted at about 1:30PM on Wednesday, 25 Menachem Av, of a scaffolding collapse at a construction site on Silver Street in Nahariya. As a result of the accident, three construction workers fell to the ground below. One of the workers, 25, was pronounced dead on the scene as a result of the fall and being trapped under the rubble. EMTs and paramedics of United Hatzalah and Magen David Adom operated on the scene. MDA paramedics transported one worker, 29, in serious condition while the second was listed in light condition. They were transported to Nahariya Hospital.
