Mother of soldier who neutralized terrorist describes how her son and husband quickly acted to prevent terrorist from claiming more victims.
The mother of A., who neutralized the terrorist, spoke to Arutz Sheva about how her family realized what was happening and worked to stop it.
A. is an IDF soldier in Oketz, the IDF's canine special forces unit. His family lives across the street from the Salomons.
"We were eating our meal, and we heard screams," she said. "So my son ran upstairs and my husband ran out of the house and into their house. A., the IDF soldier who neutralized the terrorist murderer on Friday night spoke about how he managed to neutralize the terrorist from afar.

ZAKA Chairman Yehuda Meshi-Zahav on Saturday night showed the scene of Friday's terror attack.
On Friday night, 19-year-old terrorist - aptly nicknamed a "beast" by Israeli prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu - murdered three members of the Salomon family and wounded a fourth. At the time, the family was eating their Friday night dinner, celebrating the birth of a newborn baby.

A Palestinian terrorist infiltrated a home in Neve Tsuf (Halamish) at around 10 PM on Friday night and stabbed four Israelis. Three were killed and one person sustained serious wounds R”L.
The victims were believed to be two men – one in his 40’s and one in his 60’s, and a woman in her 40’s.
MDA paramedics said another woman in her 60’s was enroute to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Yerushalayim in moderate to serious condition, with stab wounds to her upper body.

New York financier Anthony Scaramucci has been formally named White House communications director and Sarah Huckabee Sanders has been promoted to press secretary in the Trump White House’s latest shakeup.
Trump says in a statement read by Sanders that he’s “grateful” for departing press secretary Sean Spicer’s “work on behalf of my administration and the American people.”
He adds: “just look at his great television ratings!”
Scaramucci also is addressing reporters at the White House. He calls Spicer “a true American patriot” and says he hopes Spicer “goes on to make a tremendous amount of money.”

Officials in Hawaii are launching a campaign to help residents plan for a nuclear missile attack from North Korea — much to the dismay of the state’s tourism industry.
The Aloha State’s Emergency Management Agency is kicking off an educational campaign aimed at helping people figure out what to do if strongman Kim Jung Un decides to follow through with his threats, according to Hawaii News Now.
“We need to tell the public what the state is doing,” agency chief Vern Miyagi said. “We do not want to cause any undue stress for the public; however, we have a responsibility to plan for all hazards.”

President Donald Trump’s legal team is evaluating potential conflicts of interest among members of special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigative team, according to three people with knowledge of the matter. The revelation comes as Mueller’s probe into Russia’s election meddling appears likely to include some of the Trump family’s business ties.
Attorney Jay Sekulow, a member of the president’s external legal team, told The Associated Press Thursday that the lawyers “will consistently evaluate the issue of conflicts and raise them in the appropriate venue.”

WASHINGTON — Sean Spicer, the White House press secretary, resigned on Friday morning, telling President Trump he vehemently disagreed with the appointment of the New York financier Anthony Scaramucci as communications director.

He is told to take vengeance for the Children of Israel by waging war against the nation Midian who incited them to immorality and idolatry, causing the deaths of 24,000 Jews in the resulting plague.

The fast-growing Hasidic Jewish village of Kiryas Joel has finalized an agreement with local opponents that could ease its path to expanding its borders as a more independent town.
Kiryas Joel would become the town of Palm Tree only if the proposal is approved by a supermajority of county lawmakers and voters in the surrounding Hudson Valley town of Monroe.
The deal is designed to reduce long-standing tensions between the densely populated village and residents of the suburban area about 50 miles (80 kilometers) north of New York City.
As part of the deal, the local residents’ group, United Monroe, agreed to drop its opposition to an approved 164-acre (66-hectare) expansion and support the addition of 56 more acres (22 hectares).

House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi says she has spoken with Majority Whip Steve Scalise, who was critically wounded in a shooting at a baseball practice more than a month ago, and “he sounded wonderful.”
Pelosi began her weekly news conference on Thursday by discussing the news of Sen. John McCain’s diagnosis of brain cancer. She said she knows the 80-year-old Arizona senator will keep on fighting.
Pelosi said she also let Scalise know of lawmakers’ prayers for his recovery, and she cautioned the Louisiana Republican not to try to return to work too soon. Pelosi also says she sought to comfort his family, “but their strength is a comfort to the rest of us.”
Scalise remains in fair condition in a Washington hospital after several surgeries.

We regret to inform you of the Petira of Hagaon HaRav Shlomo Goldman ZATZAL, the Zvhiller Rebbe of Union City, (also known as the Zvhil-Sanzer Rebbe). He was Niftar after an illness. He was 70.
Reb Shlomo was born in Yerushalayim, and was the son of the previous Zviller Rebbe, Hagaon HaRav Mordchai Goldman. He was the son-in-law of the late Sanz-Klausenburger Rebbe, Hagaon HaRav Yekusiel Yehudah Halberstam ZATZAL.
The Rebbe led the community in Union City, NJ, which was founded by his father-in-law in in 1968.
The Levaya will be held on Friday at 11:00AM in Union City, and on Sunday in Eretz Yisroael, where he will be buried on Ha Hazeisim.
Sadly, the Rebbe never had any children. Please learn לעילוי נשמתו for רבי שלמה בן רבי מרדכי זצ”ל.

There was no immediate word on injuries
Service on the B subway line is suspended and Q trains are being rerouted because of a rail condition in Brooklyn, the MTA said Friday.
The agency initially reported the situation as a "derailment," but later referred to the issue as a "rail condition" at Brighton Beach. It's not clear what happened, but as of 9:30 a.m., the B line was shut down and southbound Q trains were running on the N line from Atlantic Avenue to Coney Island.
There was no immediate word on possible injuries. Chopper 4 over the scene showed personnel in reflective vests standing in the tracks around two cars of a stalled subway train.
