Stocks climbed on Tuesday after markets tumbled in the last three sessions over the rollout of President Donald Trump's tariffs plan.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average was 1,200 points, or 3%, higher, while the S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite were up 2.8% and 3.3%, respectively.

It really doesn't happen often and it comes with a whole bunch of rules and regulations even more than I'm accustomed to. So I have a lot of questions. Baltimore, MD – April 6, 2025 – In response to a recent surge in burglaries and attempted break-ins, Shomrim has just deployed a new surveillance camera at the corner of Dorset and Falstaff. This decision comes after multiple incidents reported over the past couple of weeks in the Falstaff, Dorset, and Labyrinth areas.
Residents are also encouraged to keep their doors locked, as many of these incidents occurred due to unsecured doors where there was no forced entry.
The installation is part of an ongoing initiative to enhance security, deter crime, and assist local authorities in protecting our community.
