Recently the FBI began publicly releasing some documents related to historically high profile cases that generated great public interest. It was revealed deceased former Baltimore Orioles owner Peter Angelos was the target of two separate federal investigations back in the mid-80s and late 90s. Besides owning the Orioles, Angelos was a well-known attorney nationally recognized for representing factory workers impacted by asbestos. It was his work on asbestos that attracted the attention of federal prosecutors in 1984. Angelos owned a Northeast Baltimore clinic called Medical Resource Management on Harford Road. The clinic operated out of the same building as Angelos' law office and the International Union of Operating Engineers, who bargained on behalf of Bethlehem Steel Company ...
Governor Wes Moore's team stood in for him at a hearing for a bill he introduced cutting from the Blueprint for Maryland's future. During the hearing, Governor Moore's chief of staff was taking questions when Delegate Ben Barnes asked if the Governor supports revenue increases to fund the Blueprint. "Is the Governor open to dedicated revenues now and additional revenues for the Blueprint," asked Barnes, chair of the House Appropriations Committee. Jerusalem, Israel - Feb. 20, 2025 – The bodies of four Israeli hostages—Shiri Bibas, her two young sons Ariel and Kfir, and Oded Lifshitz, H'yd—were returned to Israel today following a handover from Hamas to the Red Cross in Khan Yunis. Baltimore, MD - Feb. 19, 2025 - Harrowing home surveillance video shows the moment a 29-year-old woman was run over by an Amazon delivery driver in Baltimore’s Butchers Hill neighborhood. The incident took place on Feb. 18 around 9:30pm at the intersection of E. Pratt and S. Chester Street. Jerusalem, Israel – Feb. 19, 2025 – A 50-year-old woman was moderately wounded Wednesday night in a suspected terror attack on Or HaChaim Street in the Old City of Jerusalem when she was assaulted by a man armed with an axe. Magen David Adom (MDA) EMTs and paramedics arrived at the scene and provided emergency medical care to the woman, who was conscious and suffering from wounds to her upper body. President Donald Trump's administration has moved to block the New York City congestion pricing toll program.  U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy penned a letter informing New York Gov.
