The Bureau of Prisons said that Bannon was officially in custody.

Prices in Baltimore are 3.8 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 9.8 cents per gallon higher than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has risen 1.4 cents in the last week and stands at $3.77 per gallon.
