Both The Jerusalem Post and Channel 12 have received information indicating that Hamas is making a substantial comeback by recruiting new forces. New Orleans, LA – Jan. 1, 2025 - The FBI is intensively investigating the tragic attack on Bourbon Street that claimed at least ten lives early on New Year’s Day. The suspect, 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar, a U.S. Army veteran from Texas, drove a pickup truck into a crowded tourist area in the French Quarter and left behind significant evidence pointing to a larger plot. The suspect accused of mowing down a crowd of New Year's revelers on Bourbon Street in New Orleans early Wednesday has been identified as Shamsud Din Jabbar, Fox News Digital has confirmed.  Jabbar is a 42-year-old resident of Houston, Texas. Police shot and killed him after he crashed his pickup truck and began to shoot at officers. A Glock handgun and .308 caliber rifle equipped with optics and a sensor were recovered from the crime scene, according to a high-level source familiar who was not authorized to discus details of the investigation publicly. An ISIS flag was also found on the pickup truck. There are at least four to five other suspects involved, the source said.

Israel's population has reached 10 million people before the end of 2024, according to a report released by the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) on Tuesday. Of the 10 million citizens in Israel, approximately 76.9% of them (7.707 million people) are Jewish, and 21.0% (2.104 million people) of the population is Arab. Two percent of the population (210,000 people) identify as other. CBS noted that the "other" category includes non-Arab Christians as well as those not classified by religion in the state's population registry.
