Baltimore, MD - Oct. 9, 2016 - Over the past few days, there has been a huge rash of car and property break-ins, including several vehicles that were stolen.
Homeowner camera systems recorded some faces (including a handful of youths breaking into sheds and cars). We are sharing a few images more broadly to see if anyone can identify the individuals in question.
