NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- Firefighters battled hot spots that rekindled just before daybreak Saturday after a three-alarm blaze at Yeshiva of Nitra complex in New Castle broke out around 6:30 p.m. Friday.

No injuries were reported in the fire. in which parts of a school in the complex, which was unoccupied, collapsed.

Because the complex is on top of a hill, firefighters deployed tanker shuttles to transport water.

The Yeshiva of Nitra is a private Rabbinical college, or yeshiva, located in New Castle. The building is on a religious campus called the Yeshiva Farm Settlement. Though serviced by the Mount Kisco Fire Department, it is not in the town of Mount Kisco.

Firefighters from Yorktown, Katonah, Bedford Hills and Millwood also battled the blaze.
