Baltimore, MD - Sept. 12, 2016 - Over Labor Day weekend in Ocean City, the  super PAC Move Maryland Forward officially began its campaign against the Democratic nominee for U.S.  Senate in Maryland Congressman Chris Van Hollen. Move Maryland Forward PAC "was established for the purpose of bringing attention to the voters of Maryland certain aspects of Chris Van Hollen's record that we feel are problematic because it is bad public policy," Kelley Rogers said of the super PAC's campaign against Van Hollen. Rogers, one of the directors of the super PAC, told BaltimoreJewishLife.com that Van Hollen has a tendency to not tell the truth about his record leaving Maryland voters wholly unaware as to where Van Hollen truly stands on the issues. The super PAC is committed to providing the public with only the facts as to Congressman Van Hollen's record so that Maryland voters will be able to make an informed choice on election day. "Voters have a right to know" about Chris Van Hollen's record declares Rogers.

Through October 1, Move Maryland Forward PAC will be focusing on two signature issues namely Van Hollen's support of the Iran deal and his desire to bring Syrian refugees into the United States. The super Pac notes that President Obama supported the entry of 10,000 Syrian refugees into the United States. However, the super PAC maintains that Van Hollen insisted that the President allow 100,000 Syrian refugees to immigrate into United States territory even though the FBI is unable to screen the refugees for ties to terrorist organizations. Van Hollen's policies "jeopardizes our national security" and "it makes our country less safe" Kelley Rogers flatly tells me.

The super PAC will be conveying this message to the public using mobile billboards which has been described as  "billboards on wheels." The mobile billboards will be displayed on five large trucks with screens on both sides to display the graphics. They will be driven throughout Maryland in high traffic areas and shopping districts.

According to the super PAC, voters in Ocean City who observed the mobile billboards over Labor Day weekend were shocked to learn of Van Hollen's views on the Iran deal and Syrian refugees.

While the super PAC will not disclose to the media their planned routes in advance, the Move Maryland Forward PAC  expects their trucks to make an appearance in the Jewish community.
