Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will be in Baltimore Monday afternoon to speak at a National Guard conference.

A spokesman for the National Guard Association of the United States confirmed Trump is set to speak on the last day of the their annual conference, which began Friday at the Baltimore Convention Center. The conference includes leadership of National Guard units from all states and territories.

The slate of speakers also includes Air Force Secretary Deborah Lee James, U.S. Northern Command Gen. Lori J. Robinson and U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, a South Carolina Republican.

Graham has long been a Trump critic. The Huffington Post reports that after watching an NBC-hosted forum featuring Trump and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, Graham told reporters this campaign season "makes me want to move to Canada."

Trump this week advocated massive growth of America's military budget, and has called for Congress to reverse the sequestration cuts to the military's budget.
