BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore is starting to spray for the mosquitoes that could carry the West Nile and Zika virus.

Baltimore City Health Commissioner Dr Leana Wen says the state is targeting the areas that have been determined to have high concentrations of these types of mosquitoes. 

The city says it's expanding its mosquito control efforts to address growing concerns over the West Nile and Zika virus.

Workers will also be inspecting properties for mosquito breeding sites and spray backyards if necessary.... Read More: WBAL
