A husband and wife face charges in the single vehicle crash on June 16, 2015 that killed two Red Lion High School football players.

Police in York County have charged Stephen Tierney and Jodie Tierney after an almost yearlong investigation. They are charged with involuntary manslaughter, corruption of minors, and giving liquor to minors.

According to police, the 17-year-old and 16-year-old were drinking at the Tierney’s home prior to the accident last June.

FOX 43 reports that photos of the teens drinking in the home which were posted to social media led investigators to the husband and wife.

Following arraignment Thursday afternoon the couple was released after posting $25,000 bail each.
