Baltimore, MD - Nov. 25, 2015:

Dear Community Members,

Between 11/24/15 and 11/25/15 during the overnight hours, there were three thefts from motor vehicles and a 1st Degree Burglary on Winterset Court.  The first incident on Winterset Court was a 1st Degree Burglary where entry was gained into the house through an unlocked door and property was removed.  A vehicle at the same address was also left unlocked and property was taken from within the vehicle.  The two other thefts from motor vehicles also occurred on Winterset Court and the vehicles were also left unlocked.  There was no evidence of force used in any of these incidents.  Please always lock your vehicles and remove all valuables, especially spare and valet keys.

Please be vigilant of suspicious subjects or vehicles roaming through the neighborhood.   If you notice any suspicious activity, safely get a good description of the subjects or vehicle and contact 911.  We do offer Free Home Security Surveys where a uniformed officer will respond to your home and give you ideas and suggestions on ways to make your home and property more secure. Officers from the Pikesville Precinct are actively patrolling your neighborhood. If you have any questions or would like to have a Security Survey, please contact the Pikesville Community Outreach Team for assistance at 410-887-6775.
