The Northwest Citizens Patrol is a Citizens Patrol organization with one mission: to safeguard the property and persons living and visiting the upper Northwest District of Baltimore City and Pikesville, MD. Working in concert with our law enforcement partners, we have an unprecedented rate of success of stopping and preventing crimes from occurring in the community.
